I wanted to thank you so much for seeing me the first day I requested to see you on 12-1-12 to see if Botox injections would remove or alleviate my chronic migraines, which is 15 or more per month, that lasted up to four days, with the last one lasting up to almost four weeks.
Dr. Mani said she would see me and she gave me 100 units of Botox on the top, sides and front of my forehead and the following morning I woke up migraine free! I suffered from migraines since 1985 and tried over the counter medication, several Triptans, midrib, Maxalt, clonodine, two Emergency Room visits in November 2012 due allergic reactions to other migraine meds, Vicodin, and was on topomax for three days when I saw Dr. Mani on 12-1-12, which takes 1-3 months to kick in.
I do not have migraines any longer and Dr. Mani's prices out beat other doctors prices by about 1,000 dollars. I would highly recommend her.

They were still very helpful. I recommend both Tammy and Shanan for laser hair removal. They really go out of their way to answer all questions and make you as comfortable as possible. I am in my mid-forties and had loss of volume in my cheeks, crow’s-feet around the eyes, and creases on my upper chest.
I had a complimentary consultation with a vivacious medical nurse or practitioner and she was honest. She set up a treatment plan for me that allowed me to have certain services at a package price and completed over time. It was affordable on an educator’s salary.
Botox, LOVE IT! Voluma filler, LOVE IT! Both injects I noticed within days (instant gratification is a plus for me). Then, a few weeks later Ultherapy on my upper chest with a little of my lower neck. They say it takes about 3 months and that’s about the time I began to notice the creases on my upper chest smoothing out. Oh, and no down time! Walked in and back to my daily routine.
I get compliments that I look rested and not so serious. Again, LOVE IT!

The only thing I wish I knew before having other acne on my face treated with the electric needle as well is that it will take more than the weekend and well over several days to have the scabs heal.
