He certainly knows what he is doing which gives one confidence in the results of the procedure. I was very grateful how he worked with me. I got sick right before the surgery and he did not pressure me to go ahead. He advised me to wait so as to ensure the desired results. He also personally worked with my insurance company when he saw my concern that they were not on top of things. He fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. His assistants were wonderful to work with, very kind, caring, but professional as well. They always followed up any and every phone all. They helped clear up any issues with the hospital. I received the same treatment even after my surgery. Dr. Nahai did not write me off. Any question or concern was answered. One time he even got on the phone personally to give me peace of mind. I wish Dr. Nahai great success as he continues. He does wonderful work and is very personable with his patients. I am grateful!"

He made me feel so comfortable and told me it may not be perfect but it is as close to perfect as perfect can be. He has one more touch procedure that he said he would take care of and that goes to show he is a perfectionist and he really cares about his patients.
