I have had patients who have eroded the enamel off their teeth by sucking on lemons so be very careful! Lemons are quite acidic and are not used for whitening that I know of! Baking Soda is found in some toothpastes like Arm and Hammer and can be used to remove stains from teeth but must be used in moderation. The only proven way to achieve truly whiter teeth is to use gels that contain carbamide oxide or hydrogen peroxide. You may want to try the Crest Whitening Strips that are available over the counter, but I think you will get the best results by having a dentist make custom fitted whitening trays for you and have your whitening supervised! Works every time and in my office, that has everything included for $350! Small investment for a beautiful smile in 2-3 weeks!
