It's very unusual to be having intense pain 7 months after having your surgery. Was this implant/graft surgery done on your lower jaw with possible injury to the nerve that runs in your lower jaw bone? Seek a qualified dentist who has experience placing implants whether this is a GP or specialist to determine the cause of and get you out of pain, and have this dentist also request the records from your previous dentist. If your issues with the previous dentist can't be resolved with the help of the new dentist, seek the help of your states peer review process. I am sorry you are having such a bad experience. Implant dentistry has helped replace the teeth of countless number of people world wide, and the majority of them do not suffer the type of complications you are going through.
