The old office waiting room was size friendly, easy to get up off of and warm & inviting. Sorry, but its screamin DO OVER...that includes the exam rooms as well."

"I like everyone else want to accomplish weight loss. Various reasons for sure. Taking these steps to obtain a goal can sometimes be difficult. However, the reason we wanted the weight loss is prime motivator. Do not lose sight of the primary goal. Figure out a second and even a third or more goals to help in getting accomplished the primary. As iwe all will go through the stages it paramount to recover from anything that might take us off course of meeting our success. I have purposely put our, we, etc in this because if you ever need help go to Dr. McKeen and ask.... He is and has been there for me."
