"Tried his Laser treatment for Periodontics vs the tradational Cut & Scraping with a sales pitch of how bone can regenerate after electing to go with Laser. A relatively short time after the Laser Surgery, I had a tooth that was still infected.

I returned and was told: It was NOT from his work, What I needed was a Root Canal, AND, He did NOT do Root Canals. Then he pushed me out the door to go spend money on a Specialist, claiming it was NOT his fault.

After shopping around, I finally went to his recommended Specialist who told me I did NOT need a Root Canal and that Dr. McCracken had MISSED a spot. The Specialist said he would call him to ReDo his work on that tooth.

After beinf forced to unnecessarily spend money on a Specialist, Mr. McCracken did not seemed please with the Specialist's findings and reluctantly "re-touched" up that tooth, and rushed me out.

I have been having bad problems with that same tooth ever since and even had a Crown put on - extra costs. That did not help. The same Specialist said that tooth is STILL Infected and still does NOT need a Root Canal.

After recontacting McCracken's office, I received an e-mail wanting to know where I wanted my records sent. That is the professionalism one might expect from his practice. "The Patient does not matter; pain or not".

Just pay your money, don't complain about issues with his work, then go somewhere else for any corrections.

BEWARE of this Dentist. I can NOT recommend his Laser treatments, or any other work, based on my experience at his office. I noticed he has changed his business name and does not allow Reviews on his site....that I could find.

I am NOT impressed with the lack of accountability and his office's attitude if he does not get his work done right. NO Stars! "
