Take a right at the TD Ameritrade Bank onto University Ave. Take the second right to enter the complex of medical buildings on the right. We are located next to Advanced Hair and Laser Center

You should also make sure you were tested for gonorrhea and trichimonas given your recurrent symptoms. The Likelihood or resistance is pretty low and your symptoms may be caused by either re-infection from partner, upper genitourinary tract infection or concomitant infection with another organism. In your case, I would ask for actual culture rather than a rapid test. Guidelines suggest that you can have sexual activity 7 days after your last treatment
