"I had broken a tooth in half and they got me right into the office first thing. The tooth had to be pulled since the nerve was exposed and I was in pain. Dr Faeth wrestled with it and finally got it all out. They were very concerned that I was comfortable and felt ok with everything going on. I am so thankful to them for this visit. All of my family go there and we are all happy. "

"After a problem with my old dentist who I had seen for 10 years, I was nervous about trying a new dentist. I felt that my old dentist and staff was telling me I needed procedures without explaining them to me or listening to my concerns about them. Dr. Faeth and her assistant, Tonya, were amazing. They asked me questions, listened to my responses, and throroughly explained to me what was going on with the teeth in question. She explained the procedures as she was performing them, continually asked me how I was doing, and truly cared about me. I cannot find one thing to complain about...even the music piped into the office was good! All the staff seemed happy to work there. I'd rate this 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Dr. Faeth, Tonya, and the rest of the staff :)"

Sincerely, I was thinking dental schools must be teaching a new technique (yes, I was assuming a recent grad based on her youthful appearance and looked at certificate showing 2009 grad date). I typically dread this process and have a great deal of nervous tension waiting for the next painful scrape or poke. I finally relaxed into it and started to trust her. That was a nice "happy place" to be. "

"Very considerate, helpful, empathetic and friendly. i was very nervous when i got there becuase i have such sensitive teeth and i gag very easily, but i left with fears put aside for next time. They knew how to avoid hurting me and they used smaller film for the xrays. Because they took notes at my last visit they were considerate of all of these things before i reminded them of my issues."
