Unfortunately, from what you describe, it appears that an emergency may have delayed patients that day. No one can prevent that from occurring, emergencies such as trauma, reek havoc on a schedule, especially if it is a day kids are off school. If we are to provide compassionate care, we must take care of children in pain. We try to call the incoming patients to let them re-schedule if they so desire, but often they are already on their way to the office. By the way, we have the most up to date technology available, often before it is offered to the dental profession, due to Dr. Cannon's involvement in research. And the reception chairs are not living room chairs due to complying with sanitation requirements, but rather easily and frequently disinfected. Thank you for your comments! We will try harder!"
