4 week gestational sac

I had an ultrasound that showed a four week gestational sac... Hpt are negative having symptoms. Is it possible that the sac was something else, and that an experienced ultrasound mistook it for a 4 week gestational sac?

A Gestational sac isn't typically seen till about 5 weeks and it could be something else. However there appears to be a white ring around the very tiny GS on the ultrasound image, so to me it looks like a true very early GS. You need to follow it with serial QHCG's to be sure. Good luck.
