I was comfortable with the initial briefing, and I liked the way that Dr. Lyos listened to my concerns before assessing my features. He then made recommendations for surgical corrections while also giving me alternatives to surgery. He explained in detail the surgical procedures, and answered my questions patiently. I never felt rushed during the consultation. From the discussion, I feel that Dr. Lyos is concerned with both safety as well as ultimate detailed results customized for me. The fact that Dr. Lyos offered his time to answer any future questions that my husband and I might have was comforting. I received informative brochures and pricing on the alternative options as well as detailed quotes on two surgical options and how to schedule the surgery. This consultation has covered everything I need to make the right decision for me."
