You should see your doctor to have your blood pressure checked and to make sure you do not have a problem with your blood sugar. WIth prediabetes or insulin resistance we tend to store more fat in the belly area. Also, with high stress, there can be more fat stored in the abdominal area. This fat is associated with a higher risk of chronic disease. You want to take steps to lose this excess weight.
