Recurring Leg Injuries

I am an ex-college baseball player. My sophomore year (age 20) I tore a quad muscle. My senior year (age 23) I slightly tore a calf muscle. At age 26 I tore my achilles tendon and had surgery to repair. I have always maintained a good physical fitness and always stretch and warm up before any activity. I was recently playing softball, not over exerting myself what so ever, and strain a hamstring. I was just wondering if there could be more going on than just not warming up enough.
