should one seek a dr who uses this technology for preciscion? or go with one that uses photoshop? isnt it better with 3d?

Rhinoplasty is ALL about the surgeon, and NOT about graphic simulation. The only information important to you from simulation in the surgeon's aesthetic sense, what he or she believes is a good result for you. Whether or not your surgeon can achieve the desired outcome in the operating room depends on surgical skill, judgment, experience, and a variety of intangibles. Before and after photos of previous patients are the best indicator of your surgeons ability.
