Botox result is very predictible. The important points are to prepare it fresh and injection should be done skillfully. There is a rare case that person doesn't respond very well or partially to Botox which is Botuliniumtoxin A, in that case Botuliniumtoxin B might work. I doubt that would be your case, since you mentioned that worked in one area and didn't work in other area
