our symptoms are quite concerning for significant heart disease. they can be related to coronary artery disease or due to significant cardiac arrhythmias. a few non cardiac causes can cause similar symptoms too. You need to have additional evaluation which may or may not include an angiogram and possible event monitor. a second opinion from a different cardiologist is advised. if symptoms persist then return to ER.
