Q: What got you into this specific medical field?
A: I have always been interested in women's health and absolutely love the variety of conditions and the doctor/patient relationship developed in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Sioux City has been a perfect fit for my family and me.
 
Q: What landed you in your city, and what is it that you like about the neighborhood?
A: I grew up in the Midwest and wanted to return here after my specialty training. I have excellent partners and wonderful patients.
 
Q: Where did you receive your undergraduate and professional degrees, and did you participate in any residencies?
A: I went to college at Drake University. I received my Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. I did my OB/GYN residency in Phoenix, Arizona.

A: American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Association of Pro-Life ObGyns, Woodbury County Medical Society, Iowa Medical Association

A: 1993
 
Q: What investments in your practice equipment and facilities have you made?
A: We have recently expanded and completely remodeled our offices. We offer state-of-the-art care with in-office procedures, 4D ultrasound, bone density testing, urodynamics testing, and laboratory services.
 
Q: What procedures do you feel your practice excels in above others?
A: Our physicians keep up to date on all aspects of women's health. We have the area's only Gyn surgeons using the DaVinci robotic system, do advanced minimally invasive surgery, and provide treatments for urinary incontinence, abnormal bleeding, cancer screening, pregnancy care.
 
Q: What are your office hours?
A: We are open Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. There is always a physician on call for emergencies.
