I wonder if you could help me. It stated about 2years ago on my left elbow only occasionally and became more often and now daily and about a year ago it stated on my right elbow as well. Now so often it does it 10x plus daily. It catches and gets stuck and I have to manually force to unlock it with other arm and it's painful then clicks loudly after this the pain leaves. I wonder if loose bodies? If so can they both be done at the same time with a arthroscopy ?

First place to start will be a thorough exam and xrays of the elbows. From there the determination would be made as to management. It is not unlikely that an MRI may be required as well. I would hold off on requesting info on a specific procedure until the evaluation. Just note that surgery on 2 extremities can be very debilitating in carrying out basic life activities.
