is it ok for my veins to be so visible?

I'm 27 and do mild working out, but when I do, veins on my arms are much more pronounced, usually until I go to bed and wake up the next morning. Is this a problem?

No this is not a problem and is likely due to the increased arterial blood flow to your muscles during your exercise which has to return through your veins, thus the engorged appearance..
