If a rash develops the pain is probably caused by shingles if there's no rash and then the pain maybe do the gallbladder and you should go to your regular doctor not the ER and ask for an ultrasound to have this evaluated these are the most likely causes of your pain unless you have had a recent injury or have been over using those muscles it's uncommon to have muscle pain in this area
