A deep cleaning should affect your loose teeth in a positive way. If you have loose teeth you have periodontal disease and bone loss, the only treatment of which is deep cleaning, periodontal surgery with deep cleaning or extraction. A deep cleaning should not make your loose tooth or teeth come out unless they are so loose that the only fix would be to extract anyway. The goal of the deep cleaning would be to regain health around the teeth so they would tighten and become less loose.
