"My experience was great! The entire staff is wonderful and friendly and the office has the latest and greatest high tech equipment including a digital camera where you can see the digital x-rays of your teeth right after they're taken. Dr. Jergensen is personable, extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what he's doing and why. NO NEED to look further for a dentist for the whole family. He's the best!"
"I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, I had awful experiences as a child and had a fear of the dreaded dentist chair. The dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist were so kind and welcoming. They understood I was nervous and constantly checked on my comfort level. Having not been to the dentist regularly I have cavities and a couple other issues. I expected to be lectured for having not taken perfect care of my teeth in the past, instead everyone was very upbeat and encouraged me. They told me it was great that I was taking the steps now to repair the damage and start with a clean slate! The receptionist even helped me to better understand my insurance benefits! I had a wonderful experience start to finish!"

"I learned a lot as to what has the cause of a lot of my tooth
decay which is using cough drops to the excess, even though they are the sugarless type. They tend to keep my mouth too dry, thus causing excessive tooth decay. "

"I am a new patient! I loved my visit to the dentist! I have been a patient at another Ramona Dentist and felt I just wasn't being served well. My daughter was treated rather rudely and after a very long time with this denistry ....we have switched to Dr. Jergensen! My husband was seen twice by Dr, Jergensen and came home and said we were switching dentist...he was so impressed!!!! Last week I flossed an older crown out unexpectedly. I drove in front of Dr. Jergensen's office the next morning to get their number and called from in front of his office. They told me to come right in. The only wait I had was while I was filling out paperwork....they were waiting for me! They were fast and efficient. It was a pleasant visit to the dentist....I hadn't felt so welcomed in a long time. Dr. Jergensen was so kind to finish some work that had a temporary filling in it. I was so pleased and very comfortable the entire time I was in his chair!! So pleased! Thank you!"
