"I have had several appointments with this office since my initial visit earlier in the year. Overall the experience has been standard. My last visit (11/21/12) has me a bit frustrated. I had a temporary crown placed until my replacement comes (appt at 10am). By 8pm (while driving to my Thanksgiving Day destination) I was drinking a bottle of water and my tooth came out…as if it was never secured. I immediately became frustrated because the first thing I thought about was having to take time off of work to go back to the office to have the temporary crown set again then having to make another appt in 3 weeks for the permanent crown. The one thing that calmed me down is thanking God that it did not pop out while I was eating or sleep. This is not my first crown so I know the temporary placement can come out however, I doubt anyone expect or better yet need it to come out in less than 12 hrs after it was set, the night before Thanksgiving, of which the office is closed on Fridays. Huge disappointment."
