I've had this lump for about 5 days. It hurts to walk and it also hurts when I touch the surrounding skin.

Unfortunately, it's a fairly poor picture and it is impossible to tell what that may be. There are many things that could be and you should definitely be seen by a podiatric specialist to determine exactly what its etiology maybe. Best of luck.
