ITS ITCHY DOWN THERE
I went swimming last week and since then its been really itchy. What can I do about that?

This commonly can result in a yeast infection. First line of treatment would be an over the counter anti fungal like Monistat, and consider using a product that has a topical cream to address the irritation externally. This usually will remedy the problem. If you're still symptomatic after a course of treatment, see your gynecologist for a more thorough evaluation.
