Fatigue can be caused by many things in addition to anemia. If you have been highly stressed, or are under chronic stress, for example, this could also be contributing to your fatigue. In addition to the B Complex recommended by Danielle VenHuizen, I'd suggest adding Vitamin C and zinc to support adrenal gland function (which is impacted by stress). Cantaloupe, bell peppers and citrus fruits are excellent food sources of Vitamin C, while zinc is abundant in beef, lamb, sesame and pumpkin seeds, and lentils.
