I have been having the symptoms of food poisoning with normal body temperatures, may I actually have food poisoning?

You don't have to have a fever with food poisoning. As long as the nausea vomiting and diarrhea and abdominal pain stop within 24 to 36 hours, this elimination process will fix it by clearing your body of the offending food, You might want to take over the counter Dramamine for the nausea and vomiting, stick with clear fluids, if any of these symptoms are persisting past 36 hours or are clearly getting worse with fever you must see your doctor to make sure nothing else is happening like gallbladder trouble or appendicitis. There should be no blood in your stool if this happens again, get to your doctor as soon as possible, as regular food poisoning should never make you bleed. diarrhea can linger a bit longer than a few days as the enzymes in your intestine can be interrupted from a food poisoning event. Avoid milk products as this is the most common enzyme to be affected.
