Not only is she very thorough and knowledgable in her analyses, she is the first physician who has taken the time to document my appointment take aways. Usually, due to time constraints, I leave appointments remembering only those actions I had time to write down myself or could remember. Frankly, I was so impressed with Dr. Deisering that, I asked if she could be my PCP. However, due to the fact that Medicare does not recognize NDs, the financial risk for me is too great to make this change. However, this will not deter me from continuing to seek the best medical care from Dr Deisering I have ever received or found available!"

Robert"My wife and I had our initial appointment with Dr Tim Shannon at Heart of Wellness yesterday (Sept 15). In my case, the appointment was to address a recurrence of prostate cancer, 15 years after I was treated with a form of radiation therapy.
What impressed me the most about Dr Shannon's approach was the time he took to understand my concerns, and to thoroughly answer the questions my wife and I asked. I told him up front that I wanted to work out a plan that would incorporate treatment protocols that were naturopathic and/or homeopathic. Dr Shannon went to great lengths to explain to us the options along these lines, and (based on his experience) their potential effectiveness. After about two hours, we left feeling very positive and hopeful. I have a treatment plan that makes sense to me, and is very reasonable in terms of time required, and cost. I'm so glad we found (or were led to) Heart to Wellness, and Dr Shannon!" -

Anonymous"I went to get my blood drawn for labs. I often feel nervous when I get my labs done and feel faint. I like how I was able to get this done at Heart of Wellness. I like the comfortable environment. I was able to lay down and look out the windows at the trees, which helped to make me feel more comfortable. I was not in the office very long. I had to get my blood drawn two times because the first one was not done correctly. However, the doctor explained that it was needed for accuracy and it was very quick. "
