If so, what's the best natural way to remove tooth stains?

Many agents that we eat or drink can cause staining of the teeth. Anything with color has the potential to discolor our teeth. The best method is to brush thouroughly as soon after exposing the teeth to coffee, tea, red wine or, to a lessor degree, chocolate. If the stains do not remove with this, then a visit to your friendly Hygienist will do the trick! The professional hygiene therapy wil aggressively polish the external surfaces of most, if not all, of the discoloration.
