Although milk is an excellent source of nutrition, more is not always better. Twelve ounces of whole milk would be good. Don't exceed sixteen ounces. This is so that your baby doesn't fill up on milk and miss out on other important nutrients in other foods. Having too much milk may for instance result in iron deficiency anemia.
