The procedure was complete, I paid my bill and was out the door 8 minutes after my appointment was originally scheduled! -- Today I received my first filling ever (at the age of 53) When I sat in the chair it suddenly occurred to me that I have never had one (drill and all) and got a little nervous. The nurse and Doctor made me feel at ease and conversation distracted me so much in a positive way that it was a pleasant experience. I still have no fear of the DDS! Love my DDS office!"

"My great experience started with Jenna the RDM, she was amazing! She was telling me all of the things that could help with my sensitive teeth and gums. She started with the cleaning, then did a laser treatment on my gums. She had also recommended varnish for a couple of teeth with root exposed. Then Dr. Brizendine did my exam and noticed a small filling had fallen out of a tooth. Instead of making me come back for another appointment to take care of the filling, she and her assistant Vicky did it immediately after my cleaning was finished. Once the filling was completed Dr. Brizendine applied the varnish. With the amazing teamwork, they got me in and out completing all of those tasks in 1hour 15 minutes. "

"I'm a self insured customer, I pay my bill at the end of each visit. On the previous visit my bill was $344 and I was given a 20% discount for paying. I was subsenquently bill for $68.50. I did not pay untill my next appointment was due and found that it was canceled, I paid the bill and when I came in for the rescheduled date with my paper work to dispute the bill. I was told that I should have been given a 10% discount and credited $34.25 on my appointment for that day. I aggeed to it, but feel a little put out by this unusual financial bait and switch. It would have been better to change the discount arrangement at the new appointments instead of going back to a billing that was paid in full in good faith.
