Small protrusion began to emerge at the back of the anus for my daughter

About a month and a half before a small protrusion began to emerge at the back of the anus for my daughter. She is 1 and half years old. Not this protrusion is bigger and every time you try to defecate she start crying . the doctor said it need a surgery and there is no other way please what do you advise me and i have attached a pictures
