No dentist can guarantee that there will be no pain - the shots are painful by themselves - but he & his staff make every effort to make you comfortable & reduce the pain to the bare minimum.
I can't say you will enjoy going to the dentist but I enjoy seeing Dr. Carroll & his staff.because they are all very friendly and caring people."

"The dentist (Dr. Carroll) has a sense of humor and does his thing. The most significant thing to note is his staff. I had one of his staff clean my teeth and do a deep clean to remove the plaque (it had been 8 years since i went to a dentist). The woman that i had was excellent. She took the time to ask if any teeth were sensitive and then actually took the time to avoid causing any pain or discomfort. This is the first time a dentist office took the time to ask me about any issues and then also take them into account. I have had a few very bad experiences with dentists (hence the 8 years) and i can honestly say I would have no issue at all going back. The atmosphere is cozy and not bland and boring like most dentist's offices. All staff members were extremely nice and kind."

"I am always greeted with friendliness when I visit Dr. Carroll's office. The staff is so nice and make you feel so comfortable there is no dread for the dentist appointment."

" My last visit was an emergency for me as my one of my front veneers fell out of my mouth after lunch at work. It is not a pretty site when this happens especially in the front. I called Dr. Carroll's offce and they were able to see me that afternoon.
Dr. Carroll rebonded the tooth and I was on my way in less than 45 minutes.
I am never disappointed with any services I have received over the many years I have been a patient.
Not only is Dr. Carroll a great dentist but his office staff are a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly group of ladies.
