Q: What got you into this specific medical field?
A: I’ve wanted to be a dentist since I was in 3rd grade. I was always impressed with my childhood dentist's equipment and his demeanor with patients.
 
Q: What landed you in your city, and what is it that you like about the neighborhood?
A: I discovered the hometown feel of suburbia after growing up in Brooklyn and realized there was no choice but Freehold for me.
 
Q: Where did you receive your undergraduate and professional degrees, and did you participate in any residencies?
A: Undergrad: University of Rochester, B.A. in Psychology and Biology
Dental: University of Maryland Dental School, D.D.S.
Residency: Westchester County of Medical Center, NY.
 
Q: Do you belong to any professional associations?
A: Co-Chairman of Centrastate Medical Center Dental Department
 
Q: What year did you begin practicing?
A: 1986
 
Q: What investments in your practice equipment and facilities have you made?
A: Digital X-rays, Conebeam 3-D imaging for diagnosis and implant surgery, CEREC 1 Day all porcelain crowns and onlays, Invisalign, Diagnodent cavity detector, Laser for gum surgery
 
Q: What procedures do you feel your practice excels in above others?
A: High technology, 3-D dental x-rays and personal service
 
Q: What are your office hours?
A: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-1pm and 2pm-6pm
Tuesday 9am-2pm and 3pm-7pm
Saturday 9am-1pm
 
Q: What HMO or PPO providers are you in network with? Do you offer financing?
A: MetLife Dental and Delta Dental Premier.

A: No
 
Q: What are the most challenging parts of your everyday practice?
A: I am a perfectionist, so it’s important that every patient is treated the way I would like to be treated when I go to the doctor. It’s a challenge to be perfect, but I believe we are successful.
 
Q: What are the best moments that make it worthwhile?
A: When I finish cosmetic treatment of Invisalign straightening, my patients' increase in confidence and self esteem give them a new appreciation of how important their smile is to them.
