"Do you do root canals in one appointment? I may need a root canal (maybe more than one), but I heard that some dentists have technology where they can do the entire process in one sitting. Is this true? Are the results as good?"

In some instances we can perform root canal treatment in one sitting. It depends on the status of the tooth. Usually, if the tooth is infected the root canal is performed in two appointments. Also, if the tooth is more technically challenging the root canal may need to be done in two sittings. This does not usually include the build up and the crown. Those are usually performed after the root canal treatment. Thanks for the question,
