Is it true that chocolate stains my teeth?
If so, what's the best natural way to remove tooth stains?

Chocolate, like any other dark food, has the potential to stain teeth though not nearly as much as coffee and tea. Gentle toothbrushing for at least two minutes with a toothpaste containing baking soda will remove most stains. If the teeth still have stains, it may be time to have them professionally cleaned at your dentist's office.
