Burning is almost always related to something going on with nerves. Combined with the fact that you aren't feeling well I'm wondering if perhaps diabetes is affecting the nerves on the bottom of your feet. When this happens it is called diabetic peripheral neuropathy. I think you should have the possibility of diabetes checked out as soon as possible.
