"The service was excellent. The staff is quite knowledgeable and in fact I learned some facts about taking care of my teeth that I did not know. There was a nice video on in the waiting room, I was actually disappointed when I was called in to my appointment. The scheduling system is quite efficient. I received an email reminder immediately after booking and then again a day or so before the appt. "

The staff still made it possible for me to be seen some four hours after my appointment time has passed. The attitude of the technician is inviting and energetic and it makes for a very unintimidating experience for new patients. I have not had my service yet but could not wait to post this review. This is the kind of service and facility that leaves much to be admired. "

"Easy! When I came the first time, I explained that I had sensitive teeth. They sold me a tube of flouride that I have been using for about a month. I did not feel sensitivity during the treatment. I just finished the treatment a minute ago, so I hope I will not feel much sensitivity in the next few days. Not painful, good experience. "
