Dear doctors my cousin had an accident recently and got bad brain damage.now there Is a liquid coming from her nose ,what is that liquid ? and how is that to be treated .she is currently living in the Caribbean and maybe the doctors they don't know what it is and how to treat it. Please help

Recommend to be seen by Neurosurgeon, analyze the fluid and consult for a potential Brain fluid leak after a basal skull fracture. Watch your cousin for deterioration, fever, worsening neurological condition ( might be difficult if your cousin is not neurologically capable)
