About two months ago, I noticed a very large dent in the side of my shin/calf. It hurts, but only when pressed upon, and the "bulge" part north of the dent seems to be a muscle of some kind. Stretching, warm compresses, cold compresses, massages have not helped. The dent seems to be getting worse. I don't have insurance. What is going on? I've included a photo: http://imgur.com/HmABVOt
