am a 29 yr old female with regular menstrual cycle which are right on by a day or two. I was on birth control for 12 yrs and have been off for 6 months now. I had my regular cycle until Aug. 17th-27th my normal cycle is 10 days. My cycles are normally heavy the whole time. Had intercourse with my husband Aug. 30, 31, Sept. 1 and 2. On Sept. 8-15 I had what start off I thought was a cycle the first two days and to light and brown discharge. Could I be pregnant have most signs of pregnancy?

In short, Yes you could be pregnant...You should be on prenatal vitamins with iron and over the counter are fine. Need to find an ob ASAP if you are pregnant and also need to discuss the use of the other medications you have listed as to the safety and risk vs benefit of those medications....first step...pregnancy test.
