I'm 27 and do mild working out, but when I do, veins on my arms are much more pronounced, usually until I go to bed and wake up the next morning. Is this a problem?

This is the expected response to exercise. Blood flow increases in your veins and they become more prominent and visible. It is not a problem at all. Eli Anker, MD. Vascular Surgeon, New York
