The use of the term "positive" doesn't help much in discussing your case. See if you can get the test results and post them here. We would be better able to help you if we knew what levels you are concerned about and what the values were on the 2 tests. That said, thyroid hormone levels can fluctuate. Your chronically "tired" state could be due to hypothyroidism.
