I am very sorry to hear about your problems. I see that Dr. Shiloh recommended an interventional radiologist. That may be an option. But this is a tough problem, I must say. I recently had a patient with deep venous occlusion of the lower extremities and called many academic centers (including Stanford and UCSF) to see who could help the patient. I even called my colleagues at the American College of Surgeons. Try your nearest university center Dept. of Surgery and see if they can direct you to the right surgeon. All the best.
