I recommend the follow:
-Try using a lumbar supportive pillow at the base of your back when seated for long periods of time in front of the computer.
-Make sure that your desk chair ensures that your ankles, knees, hips, and elbows are all at 90-degrees to assist with proper ergonomic positioning when in front of your computer.
-Consider seeing a physical therapist in your area that specializes in working with those with spinal conditions.
-I found an exercise video that promotes good posture which should help until you are able to be seen by a PT: http://youtu.be/ahPse5W9Eyo.
