If the twitching that you experience is predominantly after exercise, then indirectly exercise and stress can be a cause. Since the problem happens "all over", it is likely a systemic problem. I suspect that you get dehydrated during vigorous exercise, or that you develop an electrolyte imbalance (hypokalemia) through loss in sweat. The best suggestion is maintain hydration using electrolyte-containing low-calorie sports drinks like PowerAid. Watch the sugar content of these drinks; don't overdo it.
