Pain in neck and back

I have a full body Xray and Ct scans my spine have mild scoliosis and kyphosis with twisting of the spine and three slipped discs of my lumbar. I have bad neck pain and back pain and can't bend over without pain or sometimes popping of my back. Now I have shoulder pain too. What can I do and what treatments are there? I have constant pain and can't sleep.

Scoliosis is a challenging problem. Without specific information about type and magnitude of the curve it is difficult to provide you with specific advise. Your best option is to find out spine surgeon. Get full evaluation and discuss treatment options. It is concerning that you are 18 and have constant pain. You definitely need to have full work up to find out why you hurt and what is best treatment options.
