"I had been having trouble breathing for years. I suffered from constant sinus infections, severe snoring, and shortness of breath, and I had tried everything to help with these problems. I finally decided to see a plastic surgeon and find out his thoughts on my problem. Well, sure enough after a consultation and a CT scan, it was shown my nose had to be corrected. I went in for my surgery with absolutely no concerns or questions. Dr. Winters made me feel so comfortable and extremely relaxed. After my surgery I was definitely swollen and black and blue, but Dr Winters assured me after a few days it would all go away. My pain wasn't horrible at all, and after two days I felt great. A week after my surgery I went in for my post op and was so pleased with my results! Not only had Dr Winters reconstructed my nose to help me breathe better, but my nose was absolutely straight and perfect. I'm in love with my results. Dr Winters truely

"Since my first consult with Dr. Winters my experience was great. He already knew my situation and gave me options. Dr. Winters told me the pro's and con's with each procedure. He put my guest and myself at ease at all times. We were comfortable and relaxed. He made coming to see him enjoyable you laughed, talked and got down to business. The staff was great and always on point. If I needed paperwork, when they contacted insurance companies on my behalf, setting up my appointment, surgeries and follow up. You walk in that office and you don't feel like another patient you're a person. They know your name and already who you're there to see and what's going on. No nonsense, no hassle. This is a great group of people and I'm happy to say now that i'm better. I will be sad to see them only once a year but happy because they did there jobs correctly, with professionalism, concern and I'm healthy and in love with my new of breast."

First of all five stars does not work there's not enough stars to show you what an excellent surgeon Dr. Winters is. I have had multiple surgeries and I have finally found the surgeon who for filled my wishes. Dr. Winters is the number one recommended surgeon in Hackensack hospital for his outstanding work. His personality, his demeanor,caring left me in awe. Dr. Winters personally called me every evening after my surgery to see if there was anything I needed. I've never heard of any surgeon caring after they have been paid. "

Prior to my surgery, I was extremely nervous and apprehensive about what to expect before, during and after surgery. Anonymous"Dr. Winters is an excellent surgeon. He performed my rhinoplasty and while it has only been a month, I am extremely happy with my results. He explained exactly how the procedure would be performed ahead of time, and was refreshingly blunt in explaining what was wrong with my nose. Excellent guy - very talkative - but for sure the only plastic surgeon I'd recommend for a rhinoplasty. Seriously though, Dr. Winters loves to talk! I spoke to other surgeons before him, and they certainly did not share the same confidence in their ability to perform a good nose job. One doctor just said "I can try and make the best nose I can make". The entire rhinoplasty process was far easier than I expected, and it helped calm my nerves prior to surgery knowing that my surgeon knew what he was doing. I still have swelling in my nose, and I can't wait to see the final product once it all goes down!"

"I had come across Dr. Winters name while doing some research to find a plastic surgeon who can correct a primary rhinoplasty. After many consultations, one reputable surgeon advised me it was impossible to fix it and another said he wouldn't even waste his time because it was too complex (not worth the chance for him).
During my consultation with Dr. Winters he immediately pointed out what bothered me about my nose, as he was speaking to me I can see how excited he was to take on the challenge, seemed very confident, and assured me he can fix it. I felt a level of trust with him I didn't feel with other surgeons.
I was also considering having a breast lift/augmentation. I am so glad I selected him to perform both surgeries. It was the best decision I have made.
His work is amazing, my nose looks perfect and natural. My breast look great. I hold him in the highest regards and simply put "HE ROCKS!".
Dr. Winters is an expert in his field with great bedside manners. He is very honest and tells you what to expect before the surgery and takes his time explaining everything you need to know including the possibility of minor revisions if necessary. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a plastic surgeon including my sister, mother, and anyone in my own family. He is not all over the internet but he is a hidden treasure.
