"My email is under the name of Johnson which is my maiden name. My name in Dr. Bushara's office is Karen MacDonald my married name. I found this office under facebook. My husband and I met Dr. Bushara and were immediately comfortable with his experience and knowledge of the world of dentures. He showed me all my options on taking all my teeth out and showed me examples of his work on other people's dentures. Right away I saw his work was excellent on the other dentures he had done on patients so I signed up for porcelain teeth on the top and a denture on the bottom. The reason I did this is procedure in his office is I had confidence Dr. Bushara would do a great job. Today I got my temporary denture and will have this until my gums are ready for the porcelain. Dr. Bushara did a fabulous job on how wonderful they look and I know they are only temporary but they are 100%. Now if he could only turn me back to around 30 years old I'd match these perfect teeth. Absolutely 100% pleased how he made these look. Dr. Bushara has extreme patience and expertise and always makes sure as he does his job that you are comfortable. I am 63 years old and have seen a lot of dentists and I would not consider going anywhere else in my life now for my dental needs. Christine and Dr. Bushara's dental assistant are fabulous and extremely organized and make you feel like you've been coming to the office for years and years. I kidded Dr. Bushara that he must be an artist to to take all my teeth out, put the implants in to prepare for a final denture. I realized I was meaning his cosmetic abilities. Well I saw it today and he is highly highly recommended by me as one of, if not the best, dentists I have ever had. This is true because this procedure for me is highly cosmetic and that is above and beyond any dentist I had in the past. Any dentist can do the basic work a dentist does but Dr. Bushara has the cosmetic expertise you need. I can't thank him enough. I'm also pleased he puts a page like this up so we can express our feelings on our experience in his office. "

As soon as I walked into the office I felt comfortable in the lovely waiting room. Then I was taken to the consultation room by a charming staff member and then Mark came. He was very calm and very professional. Although I had made my research so I knew a bit about implants, he went step by step in explaning everything from A to Z. I felt very reassured given his thorough and clear explanation and expertise. If you are looking for a dentist anywhere near the Bowmanville area I would recommend taking a visit to West Bowmanville Dental Centre. Much better experience than others in the area!" -

"The staff are very friendly and approachable. They are also well informed and happily share that with the patient. Dr. Mark was very understanding and provided me with answers to my many questions. I usually have a lot of anxiety around dentist appointments and while I was very anxious going in as this was my first time meeting the staff and I had an issue that had me very concerned, he quickly assessed, reviewed xray results, shared his findings with me and provided reassurance. As well he related to me on my level which greatly decreased my anxiety, when I first arrived he listened and already from that discussion was able to provide me with information which following his assessment resulted in being the case. I was provided with a plan which was placed in my hands, priorities were discussed and I walked out not only feeling better but empowered. That made a huge difference. I've just gone in for a second visit implementing the first stages of the plan and this time I had no anxiety, I was able to come in relaxed and remained that way throughout my appointment. Dr. Mark's assistant was so kind, she assisted to reduce my anxiety and helped me to quickly recover my smile. She was very empathetic and professional. She and Dr. Mark are a great team. "

So I go see Dr, Bishara and he was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He didn't come at me with hundreds of things that needed to be done.
