Left shoulder, Arm, and hand numbness with tingling sensation

Hi, I keep receiving this very uncomfortable pain/shock from my shoulder down to my hands. I start feeling numbness on all my fingers and palm. My wrist and arm goes until pain after with numbness. I don't know what it is, I believe its stress.
